The HAPP program is designed to serve those who are in need of financial assistance to help with rent, utility bills, essential family needs, and emergency aid in times of crisis. Funding for HAPP is provided by donations given to Mosques in the Greater-Austin Area. You may also donate directly to HAPP through this site.

Once an application is submitted for assistance, each case will be reviewed by the HAPP committee to arrive at a consensus decision. Applicants are likely to be contacted during the process for further clarification and assessment. As regards to application processing, the average time of receiving a response is 3-5 business days, Inshaa Allah.
